There are two seperate and distinct acoustic functionalities that are derived from the building envelope.

Industrial settings, churches, movie theatres, gymnaisums, auditoriums, classrooms, and conference centers are just a few of the settings where reducing noise and echo in the interior of the building are integral to the successful use of the structure.

We have experience developing structures to meet specific noise reduction coefficients (NRC).  We can calculate reverberation rates and work in conjunction acoustic engineers to fine tune your building to meet your needs.

Acoustic Barrier

The second acoustic need is to have the building envelope act as a barrier to noise.  Measured by the dB drop across the partition.   We understand and work with the fact that most noise level issues come from a couple of problem frequencies not the entire spectrum.  We tailor our solutions to your specific problems.

We have tested assemblies of up to a 50 dB and can design hybrid assemblies of greater value if needed.
