Pre-Engineered metal buildings are the most economical and expeditious from of construction for a multitude of projects.  Over the last 12 years, over 56% of all low rise construction (less than 3 stories) has been built in this style.  Because each steel members is custom engineered for the project,  there is a significant cost advantage over a similar structural steel buildings.

Builder vs Salesman

Most steel buildings are sold by salesmen with little or no construction experience.  MCR is a certified builder with some of the oldest most prestigious manufacturers in the country.  The difference is that we know the nitty gritty details that will make your building successful.  We know that the building package is an integral part of the whole project and not a stand alone component.  Buying from a builder means that you are consulting with a construction professional not just a salesman.

No other form of construction is as easy to build.  All of the pieces are precision engineered to fit together quickly and easily.  No cutting, welding, drilling etc is needed to erect the building.   If you can turn a wrench and use self tapping screws for the  sheeting, then you can build a steel building.

Architecturally Pleasing

Your building can be finished with virtually any look you can imagine.  We have dozens of panel types with dozens of colors available that can be combined for interesting designs.  Your walls can also be finished with stucco, stone, brick, traditional siding, or artificial stone. 

Quick Delivery

Buildings can be delivered in as few as 4-6 weeks after the plans are signed off.
